Growing up in Orange County has given Sam the ability to familiarize himself with many of the communities within it. His interest in the real estate industry began at an early age, while growing up with parents that worked for large General Contractors and Developers throughout Southern California, such as the Irvine Company; as well as flipping and renting out properties of their own. Sam got his realestate license at the young age of nineteen and focuses on Southern California’s beach communitiesconsisting of Huntington Beach, Newport Beach, Newport Coast and Corona Del Mar.

In addition, Sam is currently working for one of the fastest growing General Contractors in Orange County, Consortium West Builders, giving him the knowledge that is needed to make a great Realtor. He has a keen eye for properties with potential, which benefits his clients. Sam is also attending school to obtain a degree in Construction Management/Engineering to further his knowledge in the industry. He is fluent in Farsi and can help cater to international clientele as well.

When he is not selling real estate, you can find Sam spending time with family and friends, trying out new restaurants, kayaking around Newport Harbor, hiking various Laguna trails, and enjoying the great lifestyle that Southern California has to offer. Giving back is an important part of Sam’s life and he and his family donate to CHOC children’s hospital annually.
